EDAC Mentoring Program offers entrepreneurs and small business owners the opportunity to connect with high level founders, professionals and executives with experience navigating crises who can offer strategic and tactical advice.

Venture Capital

EDAC will invest and acquire equity in startups and small businesses to grow and potentially reach IPO status. We will provide key advisory services and market accessibility for the potential companies.

CEO

VKK Rajasekaran Teagarajan 

has built his work experience of 20 years from running his family businesses ranging from hospitality, Oil Palm Plantation, retail chains and property investments. Currently the Managing Director of VKK Group, he has managed to restructure the portfolio of assets to increase turnover from each division of business. With his strong leadership and business acumen, the family company is looking at expansion to other countries such as Singapore and India.

He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA), specialising in Strategic Management and Bachelor of Computing from Monash University, Australia. To Increase his capacity, he is now pursuing a Bachelor of Law (LLB) specialising in Business Law from University of Hertfordshire UK which will be completed in 2024.

Rajasekaran has been an elected council member of the Kuala Lumpur & Selangor Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (KLSICCI) since 2003, a 94-year organisation looking after the interest of Indian businesses in central Malaysia. With over 1000 companies as its members, he has developed strong network and dialogue partner with the government in engaging relevant policies to enhance local start-ups. As the founder of the Young Entrepreneurs arm of the chambers, he has been successful in building future leadership in the organisation, currently holding the position of Deputy President for the 3rd Term. He is currently the industry 4.0 Committee Chairman of Malaysian Associated Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (MAICCI)

He has also served as committee member of the Young Entrepreneurs working group under SME Corporation, Malaysia and member of the Digital Productivity Nexus Governing Committee under Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC). Due to his influence in the tech industry, he has been elected as the President of Industry 4.0 Association Malaysia since 2017 to propagate, advance and implement strategies and awareness about Industrial Revolution 4.0.

He has been given international recognition as a pioneer of Asean Mentorship for Entrepreneurs Network (AMEN) under Asean Business Council and alumni of American Council for Young Political Leaders (ACYPL), an exchange program supported and sponsored by the US Department of Education. He has received a business award for Best Young Entrepreneur in 2010 by Global Organisation for People of Indian Origin (GOPIO).

Founder of Scanda Sky, a charter plane company. First flight commenced in November 2019. Founder/CEO of Scanda Management, a tech company currently producing projector smartphones and more innovative products to come.

Founder of Idea Atheneum, a training and consultancy firm specializing in accelerated learning. 10 year experience in the field of improving memory, creativity and entrepreneurship. President of MYFREN (Malaysia Young Female Entrepreneur Network) An NGO that targets to create more female entrepreneurs 40 years of age and below.

Kishore Ramadoss

Started his career in ZICO Group for 7 years in several its network entities including Zaid Ibrahim & Co, ZICOLaw Myanmar Ltd and ZICO Knowledge Services Sdn Bhd, providing legal, management and business support services to clients in various sectors including the law firms within the regional ZICO Law Network.

In June 2021, He left his role as Special Officer to the Minister at the Ministry of Communications and Multimedia (Malaysia) to setup an NGO for welfare (MYKOMUNITY.com.my) and build a hydroponic farm to test a solution to Malaysia’s food security issues and malnutrition among the young. Today he runs two operations while consulting as an Arbitrator and ADR Specialist and as Lead Vocalist of a band (The Bandalorians). Prior to his role in MCMC, he was also the Special Functions Officer for Ministry of Foreign Affairs
